At TendirectionsDesign, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your furniture purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a comprehensive returns policy designed to provide you with peace of mind.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging
  • All protective materials, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective
  • Floor samples and clearance items are final sale unless otherwise specified

Return Process

  2. Documentation: Provide order number and detailed reason for return
  3. Inspection: Our team will review your return request within 48 hours
  4. Return Authorization: If approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  5. Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging
  6. Collection: We will arrange for collection at a convenient time

Return Shipping

For returns due to:

  • Defects or Damages: Shipping costs covered by TendirectionsDesign
  • Change of Mind: Return shipping costs borne by customer
  • Wrong Item Delivered: Full shipping costs covered by TendirectionsDesign

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection
  • Original payment method will be refunded
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless return is due to our error
  • Return processing fee of ₹5,000 may apply for non-defective returns

Damaged or Defective Items

For items received damaged or with defects:

  • Document damage with photos immediately upon delivery
  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Our quality control team will assess reported issues
  • Replacement or repair will be prioritized over refund

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made furniture pieces
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products with removed tags or packaging
  • Used or assembled furniture (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to improper use or storage

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges available within 14 days of delivery
  • Price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
  • One exchange per order allowed
  • Exchange shipping costs may apply
